We have availability for up to 200 guests Monday – Friday until 4pm. Our venue includes screens with the ability to link media to screen share, and display images and videos. We also have a sound system which can be linked to multiple devices to enjoy your very own playlists; music to suit any occasion!
Do you have catering requirements? We have buffet options available, including hot and cold food, soft drinks, milkshakes, teas and coffees, and alcoholic beverages. The perfect set up for your next corporate conference! We would be happy to accommodate any special requirements you may have.

West One offers a relaxed and informal setting for gatherings, celebrations and group bookings, with flexible spaces available to suit a variety of occasions.
Whether you are planning a daytime event, a casual evening get together or a larger summer celebration, our team will be happy to discuss how best to make the space work for your plans.
DAYTIME & EVENING EVENTS
We are available for private events during weekday daytime hours, making West One an ideal choice for business meetings, networking events, celebrations and informal get togethers.
West One can also accommodate evening celebrations and parties. Please note that evening events take place within our main bar space rather than a private room, allowing guests to enjoy the atmosphere of the venue while celebrating.
This works particularly well for birthday celebrations, after work drinks, casual parties and group get togethers. Our team will be happy to discuss layout options and how best to make the space work for your plans.

THE GARDEN & BBQ AREA
Our back garden is one of our most popular event spaces, particularly during the warmer months.
The garden can accommodate up to 120 guests and includes a dedicated outdoor bar, BBQ facilities and screens in the outdoor area. It is ideal for summer parties, social gatherings and larger celebrations that benefit from an outdoor setting.
For garden events, our team will always discuss suitable contingency options in case of poor weather.
SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT
One of the things guests love most about West One is how flexible the space and offering can be. Alongside more traditional gatherings, we are also able to host something a little different.
Afternoon tea is available by arrangement and can be styled to suit your event. Options include a classic English afternoon tea or a Japanese inspired afternoon tea with a modern twist.
We can also offer a wide variety of buffet and sharing style food options, ranging from relaxed pub style spreads through to Asian inspired selections. Menus can be tailored depending on the style of event, time of day and group size.
If you have an idea in mind that does not quite fit the usual boxes, we are always happy to talk it through and explore what is possible.
FACILITIES
West One is a multi screen venue, making it ideal for events that benefit from a visual or social atmosphere.
Facilities include multiple screens throughout West One, screens in the outdoor garden area, a sound system suitable for background music and the option for guests to play their own playlists.
Disabled access and accessible toilet facilities are available within West One.
FOOD & DRINKS
We offer a range of food and drink options to suit your event, from bar food and sharing plates to BBQs and informal catering. Drinks packages can also be arranged in advance, or guests are welcome to purchase drinks on the day.
All food and drink options can be tailored to suit your group size and the style of event.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Events at West One are suitable for a range of group sizes, from smaller gatherings through to larger groups using multiple areas of the venue or the garden.
Event timings can be discussed at the point of enquiry to ensure they work alongside the normal operation of the venue. Light decorations are welcome by prior arrangement. Please speak to the team in advance so we can advise on what works best in the space.

Celebrations and group bookings are available across our venues. West One offers a relaxed bar and dining setting, while our sister venue The Four Stones provides a beautiful venue in the Clent Hills for larger, more formal occasions. Get in touch for the perfect fit.
